This page is for active EIP subscribers. Enter the email your school subscribed with to access the installers for your dashboard bundle. Install guides and common troubleshooting are below.
How to install.
The app is unsigned, so your operating system may show a security prompt on first launch. This is normal for apps distributed outside the App Store or Microsoft Store. Installation takes about two minutes.
Common questions.
What are the system requirements?+
The dashboards run on macOS 11 (Big Sur) or later, and Windows 10 or later. About 500 MB of free disk space and 4 GB of RAM are recommended.
What file formats does the NAPLAN dashboard read?+
Your VCAA NAPLAN CSV exports: outcome files, SSSR files, and question-level files. The dashboard auto-detects which file is which when you load them.
Will my data be uploaded or stored anywhere?+
No. The dashboard runs 100% offline. Your students' data never leaves your computer, is never uploaded, and is never sent to us.
My Mac says the app can't be opened because it's from an unidentified developer. What do I do?+
Right-click (or Control-click) the app in Applications, choose Open, then confirm. You only need to do this the first time. Code signing is planned for a future release; until then, this is the path.
Windows SmartScreen is blocking the installer. What do I do?+
Click "More info" on the SmartScreen warning, then "Run anyway." Same story as Mac: code signing is planned for a future release.
