Intervention cycle planner

One self-contained page. Set up your terms and week counts, your campuses, cohorts, programs and staff, then drop in program blocks and chain follow-on cycles straight off them.

It lays the plan out as a calendar or a timeline, works out continuous months across holiday breaks, flags scheduling clashes and gaps, and shows each staff member's load and their peak weeks. You can filter the whole view by campus, cohort, program or staff member.

Nothing is uploaded and there is no server: it runs entirely on your own machine. Export a plan to Word to share it, or to a file you can import later to pick up where you left off.
